Effective, structured support from a multi-disciplinary health care team can help individuals with chronic heart failure to stay well, enjoy a better quality of life, stay out of hospital and live longer.

You can self enrol at any time. Complete the online registration form, then check your inbox for an automated email notification containing an account confirmation link. Click the link to activate your account. You can then log in and participate in the course at a time that suits you.

This course is suitable for non-cardiac speciality nurses working in a range of settings including secondary care, primary care, community and aged care.
